We do not sell user personal information as a standalone product.
5. AML, sanctions, and security checks
For compliance and security purposes, user data may be screened against sanctions lists, watchlists, fraud indicators, wallet-risk data, blockchain activity, source-of-funds indicators, and transaction patterns. These checks may affect access to deposits, withdrawals, trading, RWA products, APIs, or account functions.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, enforce agreements, and keep business records. Some compliance records may need to be retained after account closure where required by law or risk-management policies.
