Asset owners and issuers
Submit a project for review and discuss documents, structure and launch needs.
Real-world assets on digital infrastructure
HUBCHANGE provides a place to present, review and manage projects linked to real-world value such as property, energy, precious metals or contractual income. Before launch, each project is reviewed for documentation, legal structure, ownership model and transfer conditions.

RWA in plain language
In an RWA project, a token is linked to a defined right or economic interest in a real-world asset. It may represent ownership, a share of income, a contractual claim or a right to receive an asset. The exact rights, documents and restrictions must be explained on each project page.
Every project must point to an identifiable asset, contract or right.
The issuer, token-holder rights, terms and responsibilities are defined.
Ownership records, agreements, valuations or custody information may be submitted for review.
Some projects may require identity verification or eligibility checks before access or transfer.
Each project is marked as active, in preparation, under review, research stage or paused.
Each project can enable profit sharing, staking, earn, redemption, lockups, temporary freezes or token burns when needed.
Potential use cases
Tokenization is not limited to property. An asset or contractual right may be considered when ownership, value, custody and participant rights can be clearly documented. Final acceptance depends on the structure and evidence of each project.
Full ownership, fractional interests, usage rights or rental income under a clear legal structure.
Claims, recurring income, royalties or revenue shares supported by clear agreements and reporting.
Standardized goods with documented quantity, quality, storage and delivery rules.
Assets with defined quantity, quality, custody, reserve reporting and delivery or redemption terms.
Interests in a fund or portfolio where governance, reporting and participant rights are defined.
Revenue shares or royalty streams with traceable entitlement and clear reporting obligations.
Solar projects, energy savings, equipment or contractual infrastructure revenue.
Rights linked to media, inventions, brands, licences or related revenue.
Launch workflow
Every project is different, but the general process starts with project intake and moves through document review, structuring and technical preparation before a controlled launch.
The asset owner or issuer submits the objective and initial information.
Ownership evidence, contracts, valuations and technical information are reviewed.
The token’s rights, issuer role and participation terms are defined.
Token type, network, limits and flows such as profit sharing, staking, redemption or token controls are designed from the project structure.
Eligibility, onboarding and transfer requirements are configured.
The project goes live once documents and infrastructure are ready. Later events such as payouts, lockups, redemption or status changes are recorded on the project page.
Project status
Each project has its own status. Only a project marked active may be available to eligible users. Other statuses do not indicate an offering or purchase availability.
Platform utility token
HUBC is designed for use across the HUBCHANGE ecosystem. Its planned primary utility is paying eligible trading fees and receiving fee discounts. HUBC does not represent ownership of property, gold, energy or another real-world asset and must not be described as an RWA token.
Energy efficiency
A proposed project for recording verified electricity savings and connecting contractual benefits to a digital instrument. Technical evidence, measurement methodology and legal structure are under review. No token has been launched.
Renewable energy
A concept for connecting a solar power project and its potential economic rights to a token structure. No final asset, contract or offering has been approved.
Precious metals
A concept under consideration for tokenizing precious metals. Quantity, quality, custody, reserve reporting and delivery or redemption terms must be defined before launch.
Documents and transparency
HUBC is an ecosystem utility token for fee-related use on HUBCHANGE. It is not an asset-backed RWA token.

Services for asset owners
Asset owners, funds, companies and issuers can submit a project for review. HUBCHANGE may help define the technical and operational path based on the asset type and project requirements.
Understand the project, ownership documents, contracts and technical information.
Define roles, holder rights, restrictions and key events with relevant advisers.
Choose the token model, network, project data and required controls.
Define registration, identity checks and access conditions for the project.
Prepare allocation and issuance for eligible users when the project is approved to launch.
These capabilities exist on the platform and can be enabled per project when needed and approved. Not every project uses every feature.
Profit sharing
A project’s profit or income share can be recorded periodically for eligible holders.
Staking and earn
Hold or lock tokens under that project’s rules to receive related rewards.
Payout schedules
Daily, monthly or yearly timing — set by each project’s design.
Flexible or locked
A flexible mode with easier exit, or a locked period with clear terms per project.
Redemption
If the project supports it, tokens can be converted back to the asset or cash.
Freeze and burn
When required, tokens can be temporarily frozen or removed from circulation.
Reporting and events
After launch, project notices, documents, transfers and recurring events are recorded and shown.
RWA-as-a-Service
