Real-world assets on digital infrastructure

We turn real-world assets into manageable digital tokens

HUBCHANGE provides a place to present, review and manage projects linked to real-world value such as property, energy, precious metals or contractual income. Before launch, each project is reviewed for documentation, legal structure, ownership model and transfer conditions.

RWA in plain language

What is RWA and how does it work on HUBCHANGE?

In an RWA project, a token is linked to a defined right or economic interest in a real-world asset. It may represent ownership, a share of income, a contractual claim or a right to receive an asset. The exact rights, documents and restrictions must be explained on each project page.

  • Defined asset

Every project must point to an identifiable asset, contract or right.

  • Clear project structure

The issuer, token-holder rights, terms and responsibilities are defined.

  • Reviewable documents

Ownership records, agreements, valuations or custody information may be submitted for review.

  • Project-specific access

Some projects may require identity verification or eligibility checks before access or transfer.

  • Transparent status

Each project is marked as active, in preparation, under review, research stage or paused.

  • After-launch lifecycle

Each project can enable profit sharing, staking, earn, redemption, lockups, temporary freezes or token burns when needed.

Potential use cases

What types of assets may be considered for tokenization?

Tokenization is not limited to property. An asset or contractual right may be considered when ownership, value, custody and participant rights can be clearly documented. Final acceptance depends on the structure and evidence of each project.

  • Real estate

Full ownership, fractional interests, usage rights or rental income under a clear legal structure.

  • Receivables and contractual income

Claims, recurring income, royalties or revenue shares supported by clear agreements and reporting.

  • Commodities

Standardized goods with documented quantity, quality, storage and delivery rules.

  • Gold, silver and precious metals

Assets with defined quantity, quality, custody, reserve reporting and delivery or redemption terms.

  • Funds and asset pools

Interests in a fund or portfolio where governance, reporting and participant rights are defined.

  • Contractual revenue rights

Revenue shares or royalty streams with traceable entitlement and clear reporting obligations.

  • Energy and infrastructure

Solar projects, energy savings, equipment or contractual infrastructure revenue.

  • Intellectual property and licensing rights

Rights linked to media, inventions, brands, licences or related revenue.

Launch workflow

How does an RWA project move from idea to launch?

Every project is different, but the general process starts with project intake and moves through document review, structuring and technical preparation before a controlled launch.

  1. Step 1Project intake

The asset owner or issuer submits the objective and initial information.

  2. Step 2Document review

Ownership evidence, contracts, valuations and technical information are reviewed.

  3. Step 3Legal and economic structure

The token’s rights, issuer role and participation terms are defined.

  4. Step 4Token and technical design

Token type, network, limits and flows such as profit sharing, staking, redemption or token controls are designed from the project structure.

  5. Step 5Identity and access rules

Eligibility, onboarding and transfer requirements are configured.

  6. Step 6Controlled launch

The project goes live once documents and infrastructure are ready. Later events such as payouts, lockups, redemption or status changes are recorded on the project page.

Project status

Projects and concepts in the pipeline

Each project has its own status. Only a project marked active may be available to eligible users. Other statuses do not indicate an offering or purchase availability.

  • HUBCHUBCHANGE ecosystem utility token

    Platform utility token

    In preparation

HUBC is designed for use across the HUBCHANGE ecosystem. Its planned primary utility is paying eligible trading fees and receiving fee discounts. HUBC does not represent ownership of property, gold, energy or another real-world asset and must not be described as an RWA token.

  • ESTElectricity Energy Savings Token

    Energy efficiency

    Documents under review

A proposed project for recording verified electricity savings and connecting contractual benefits to a digital instrument. Technical evidence, measurement methodology and legal structure are under review. No token has been launched.

  • SPTSolar Power Plant Token

    Renewable energy

    Research stage

A concept for connecting a solar power project and its potential economic rights to a token structure. No final asset, contract or offering has been approved.

  • PMTGold, Silver & Precious Metals Token

    Precious metals

    Research stage

A concept under consideration for tokenizing precious metals. Quantity, quality, custody, reserve reporting and delivery or redemption terms must be defined before launch.

Services for asset owners

From initial review to a tokenization launch

Asset owners, funds, companies and issuers can submit a project for review. HUBCHANGE may help define the technical and operational path based on the asset type and project requirements.
