These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of HUBCHANGE websites, applications, trading interfaces, wallet features, APIs, RWA tools, infrastructure services, content, market data, and any related services made available by HUBCHANGE (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing the platform, using any Service, clicking “I agree,” placing an order, depositing assets, connecting a wallet, submitting verification documents, or using any HUBCHANGE feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, AML Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other rules published on the platform.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use HUBCHANGE Services.
1. Definitions
“HUBCHANGE,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the platform, brand, operating entity, and/or service provider that makes the Services available. “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person, business, representative, account holder, visitor, or API user accessing the Services. “Digital Assets” include cryptocurrencies, tokens, stablecoins, tokenized instruments, and other blockchain-based assets supported by the platform. “RWA” means tokenized real-world assets or digital records linked to real-world rights, assets, contracts, income streams, commodities, or project documentation, subject to the specific terms of each project. “Platform” means the HUBCHANGE website, mobile applications, dashboards, APIs, trading systems, wallet tools, and related interfaces.
2. Eligibility and user responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and be legally permitted to use digital asset services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws, tax rules, sanctions restrictions, and regulatory requirements that apply to you.
HUBCHANGE may restrict, suspend, or refuse access to users, activities, assets, countries, regions, wallets, counterparties, or transactions where required by law, platform policy, risk controls, sanctions requirements, or internal compliance decisions.
You must not access the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction or attempt to bypass restrictions through VPNs, proxies, false information, third-party accounts, or other circumvention methods.
3. Account registration and verification
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. HUBCHANGE may require identity verification, business verification, source-of-funds information, beneficial ownership details, wallet ownership evidence, tax information, or additional documents before allowing access to some or all Services.
HUBCHANGE may reject, limit, suspend, or terminate any account if information is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, suspicious, or inconsistent with platform policies.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, devices, two-factor authentication, passkeys, API keys, wallet information, and account access secure. Any activity through your account may be treated as authorized unless you promptly notify HUBCHANGE of unauthorized access.
4. Scope of Services
HUBCHANGE may provide spot trading, conversion tools, wallet/account management, market data, platform wallet features, RWA project pages, RWA market tools, infrastructure APIs, Wallet-as-a-Service, Matching Engine services, RWA-as-a-Service, white-label layers, rewards, AI assistant features, educational content, and other services introduced over time.
Not all Services are available to all users, assets, jurisdictions, account levels, or verification levels. HUBCHANGE may add, remove, modify, pause, test, or discontinue any Service at any time.
5. Trading, orders, and market data
Digital asset prices are volatile. Orders may execute at a different price from what you expect, may be partially filled, may fail, may be delayed, or may be cancelled due to market conditions, liquidity, technical issues, risk controls, maintenance, or regulatory requirements.
Market data, charts, prices, analytics, order books, AI summaries, and educational content are provided for informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, or trading advice.
HUBCHANGE may cancel, reverse, adjust, freeze, or review transactions where required to address technical errors, abnormal market conditions, suspected abuse, fraud, sanctions, AML concerns, incorrect pricing, system malfunction, or legal requirements.
6. Wallet, custody flows, deposits, and withdrawals
HUBCHANGE may provide platform wallet features for deposits, withdrawals, settlement, trading, and account management. Supported assets and networks may change. You are responsible for selecting the correct asset, network, memo/tag, address, and transfer details.
Transfers to wrong addresses, unsupported networks, smart contracts, delisted assets, or incompatible chains may be irreversible. HUBCHANGE is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect transfer details provided by the user.
Deposits and withdrawals may be delayed, limited, rejected, frozen, or reviewed due to blockchain congestion, maintenance, compliance checks, security reviews, risk controls, insufficient confirmations, or third-party service issues.
7. RWA and tokenized assets
RWA projects may involve real-world assets, contractual rights, revenue rights, commodities, project documents, custody arrangements, issuer obligations, redemption conditions, transfer restrictions, and jurisdiction-specific rules.
Unless a specific project document clearly states otherwise, a token listed or displayed on HUBCHANGE does not automatically represent ownership of an asset, equity, debt, guaranteed income, legal title, or redemption right. The rights of token holders, if any, are defined only by the relevant project documents, issuer terms, contracts, risk disclosures, and applicable law.
HUBCHANGE may review documents, display project status, support trading or reporting infrastructure, and provide platform tools; however, unless expressly stated, HUBCHANGE does not guarantee the issuer, valuation, reserves, custody, legal enforceability, liquidity, redemption, profitability, or future availability of any RWA project.
8. Fees
Fees for trading, conversion, withdrawals, services, subscriptions, APIs, infrastructure, or other features may be published on the platform and updated from time to time. Network fees, gas fees, third-party charges, payment-provider fees, bank charges, and taxes may also apply.
Your continued use of the Services after fee updates constitutes acceptance of the updated fee schedule. Order preview or transaction confirmation screens may contain the final applicable fee information for a specific transaction.
9. Prohibited use
You must not use HUBCHANGE for illegal activity, fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, unauthorized access, hacking, abuse of APIs, scraping, spam, phishing, impersonation, abusive automation, or any activity that harms the platform, users, partners, or third parties.
You must not submit false documents, use another person’s identity, sell or transfer your account, operate accounts for undisclosed third parties, or attempt to hide the source, destination, ownership, or purpose of funds.
10. AML, sanctions, and platform controls
HUBCHANGE may conduct KYC, KYB, KYT, sanctions screening, wallet screening, transaction monitoring, source-of-funds checks, enhanced due diligence, and ongoing risk reviews.
HUBCHANGE may restrict, freeze, reject, reverse, report, or delay accounts, deposits, withdrawals, orders, wallets, or transactions if required by applicable law, internal policies, law-enforcement requests, court orders, sanctions, AML concerns, security concerns, or risk controls.
11. Suspension, termination, and service changes
HUBCHANGE may suspend, restrict, terminate, or close your account or access to any Service if we believe that you violated these Terms, platform rules, applicable law, risk controls, AML requirements, sanctions restrictions, or security standards.
HUBCHANGE may modify, pause, discontinue, or limit any asset, pair, product, market, wallet network, RWA project, API, reward, campaign, or feature at any time.
12. Intellectual property
All HUBCHANGE trademarks, logos, software, interfaces, text, graphics, designs, databases, market displays, documentation, APIs, and content are owned by HUBCHANGE or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works without written permission.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that HUBCHANGE may collect and process account data, verification data, device data, transaction records, wallet information, compliance records, cookies, and communication data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. No advice and risk acceptance
HUBCHANGE does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, transactions, account activity, tax obligations, and assessment of risk.
Digital assets and RWA products are risky and may result in partial or total loss. You should read the Risk Disclosure before using any Service.
15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. HUBCHANGE does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, future availability, liquidity, investment return, asset performance, legal status of any asset, or compatibility with your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HUBCHANGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, market, trading, opportunity, data, tax, or profit losses arising from your use of the Services.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HUBCHANGE, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of Services, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or incorrect information provided by you.
17. Changes to these Terms
HUBCHANGE may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when published or otherwise notified. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
